Quarter 2 Materials Distribution 10/19 through 10/23

Dear Canyon Families: 

Next week, we are distributing additional, necessary materials for each Main Option grade level with morning or afternoon options for you.  If you ordered Fall Photos (both Main Option and CVVA), those are now available for pickup too!  Please note the dates and times below by grade level (note: CVVA students would only need to pick up their Fall Photos if they ordered them - there are no additional CVVA materials).

6TH GRADE - MONDAY 10/19 - Main Option Materials Pickup 

• 8:30 - 10:30 am OR
• 2:00 - 4:00 pm

7TH GRADE - TUESDAY 10/20 - Main Option Materials Pickup

• 8:30 - 10:30 am OR
• 2:00 - 4:00 pm

8TH GRADE - THURSDAY 10/22 - Main Option Materials Pickup

• 8:30 - 10:30 am OR
• 2:00 - 4:00 pm

MAKEUP MATERIALS PICKUP - FRIDAY 10/23

• By appointment only - please contact the front office so we can prepare your materials

HELPFUL REMINDERS: 

This will be a faster drive-through materials pickup as we have fewer items to distribute and no one will be asked to leave their vehicle!  

• If you are in CVVA and ordered Fall Photos, please notify staff as we will be able to give you the photos on request.
• FOR EVERYONE: Please have your student’s name, grade, ID number written clearly on a piece of paper in bold marker/dark ink, taped into the front windshield when you pull up for faster service. Thank you!

• We will also accept the return of any completed novels for English classes to be checked back into the bookroom.
